Quaint hotel with excellent service and magnificent location close enough to many attraction, the square, as well as restaurants and Djamaa Lafna square. Good-sized and well-appointed, reasonably priced rooms with a nice view and very good breakfast and the bathroom.

Outstandingly accommodating and pleasant staff with great customer service, enjoyed this place. Location: the hotel was so close to the shopping centre, the Hivernage and other areas such as reception. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Fan Zone.

There were well-appointed, fairly quiet rooms with fresh roses, soft touch, new clothes in the bathroom.

The gardens were a true oasis, lush and beautifully maintained, just like a scene from a fairy tale. I loved wandering through the vibrant flora, feeling like I was in my own little paradise.
Improved room conditions and amenities would be great.

Good location, and just far enough away from the old town to be an oasis.
There are two parts to the hotel, the Es Saadi Palace being the other, and I felt that the photos and descriptions described and depicted the Palace rather than the Gardens & Resort hotel which is more of a 4 star hotel.

I have stayed in Es Saadi for four nights (8-11 Nov 2012). It was enjoyable relaxing stay. Most I liked was the surrounding of the hotel where it was enjoyable to take a walk every morning. The path was surrounded by palms, olive and cider trees along with roses and many other shrubs. Breakfast was taken in the garden with good variety of selections. I found staff helpful and eager to asset when they understand your demand. Night sleep was comfortable and quiet. I will for sure stay in this hotel when visit Marrakech again.

Loved the ambiance!
The hotel has an amazing tropical garden with a large, beautifully clean pool area perfect for relaxation. My room had a tv, a minibar, a balcony, and free toiletries. The restaurant offered a nice selection, including freshly squeezed juices and a variety of delicious breakfast items. The atmosphere was super inviting.

The hotel is fine.
The only gripe is. I preauthorised my stay with a credit card but I wanted to pay by cash. However when I came to check out, they had already taken payment without my permission. This left me with £300 in Dirhams I then had to pay to change back to Sterling.

I found only one person ready to give proper answers and clear indications : the concierge !
The service is very poor : the waiters are bored by clients, the kitchens are noisy and too close of the breakfast places, the bees are annoying during breakfast in the pool area, service for the car is non existing when they are "car services" everywhere else... We just slept in the hotel : arriving late and getting out fast ! There was no access possible to the palace sport room due to a full reservation, but it was never mentioned during the reservation and no other option was offered to compensate ! The access to the spa (sauna and hammam) is not free when it is free in most 4 stars hotels !

Room was comfortable, clean and light. Grounds are extensive and beautiful. Pool was large and clean. Spa facilities were good. Breakfast, included in room price, was excellent. Staff was responsive and helpful. Hotel was relatively empty at the time we visited so perhaps the service might not have been quite so responsive if they were busier. 15 minute walk from Jamaa el Fna.
Their recommendations of restaurants leaned towards the pretentious and overpriced.

1) location. 2) excellent garden. 3) night piano & violin show.
1) very poor room level - uncomfortable bed - bath room - shower is not fixed properly, Niagara is not functioning the room service came and fix it after our complain. basically its not five stars room level its only 3*.

great location but some improvements needed
The city view from the room was lovely, offering fine sunrises and vibrant sunsets. The staff was attentive and friendly.
The hotel could benefit from more dining options.
